One of the boldest honeys we carry. Wild buckwheat produces a dark, amber-brown honey with a deep, robust, almost malty character and an earthy finish — a world away from light table honeys. It stands up beautifully to strong cheeses, dark bread, and coffee, and adds real depth wherever a milder honey would disappear.

Raw, unfiltered, and harvested with minimal processing from Sierra Honey Farm, a small specialty beekeeper at the base of the Sierra Mountains working the Central Coast around Paso Robles.
