Most sweet spreads fall into one of two categories: Epka was never about fitting into either group. From the beginning, the focus was on ingredient integrity — even when that meant choosing a more complex process or allowing ingredients to behave naturally, without forcing them into a standard industrial texture. |
Where it started

EPKA began with a deep interest in how natural ingredients work when they are treated with care. Its founder studied biology from his university years, focusing on bee products and their effects on both humans and animals. This work continued in academic laboratories and later in a research institute, where he spent years exploring how minimally processed ingredients interact with the body. That scientific background shaped a simple but lasting belief: food works best when it’s respected, not engineered. |

How we make it
To preserve the natural benefits of berries and fruits without chemical additives, we use freeze-drying — a modern process that gently removes moisture while keeping nutrients, flavor, and structure intact.
This allows ingredients to remain shelf-stable and ready whenever you need them, without compromising their integrity.
Our spreads are then blended with gently mixed honey and carefully prepared nuts using minimal processing and no high heat.
Because nothing is diluted or softened artificially, the result is a naturally dense, substantial texture — a reflection of real ingredient concentration, not added thinners or stabilizers.
