Order Processing:

• Orders are processed within 1 business days after payment is received.

• You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Time:

• Standard shipping typically takes 2–7 business days, depending on your location.

• Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.

Shipping Rates:

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size and delivery address.

• We offer free shipping on orders over $39.

Shipping Restrictions:

• We currently ship within the United States only.

• Due to the nature of our food products, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Order Issues:

• If your package is delayed, damaged, or lost in transit, please contact us at epkalab@gmail.com. We’ll work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

• Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
