Honey starts as nectar — the sweet juice of blossoms, gathered by bees flower by flower and slowly turned into raw honey. Bee pollen is the flower's other gift, collected on the same trips, one tiny golden granule at a time. Even the strawberries began as white spring blossoms in a California field. So this blend simply puts the flower's harvests back together: raw California honey, real strawberries, and bee pollen in one pouch.

The taste is bright strawberry sweetness with the delicate floral crunch of pollen granules — a texture you'll notice on the first spoonful and look for on the second. Bee pollen is a traditional bee product: natural granules whose flavor and color vary with the flowers and the season. Strawberries you already know. Together, they belong on toast, pancakes, oatmeal, a swirl through yogurt.
